Common questions
When will pricing be finalised?
We are currently in our pilot phase and working with early adopters to determine the right pricing model. Early access users will receive preferential rates when pricing is announced. Sign up for updates to be the first to know.
Is patient data stored securely?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Every login requires email-based two-factor authentication, and devices can be trusted for up to 30 days. We use JWT-based auth with short-lived tokens (30 minute access, 7 day refresh) delivered as httpOnly cookies, role-based access control at every API endpoint, a SecureLogger that sanitises PII from all logs, and complete audit logging. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure SQL Database under Microsoft HIPAA-aligned terms. OAuth tokens for connected wearables are encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM.
Can I integrate ICOPE Connect with my existing EHR?
EHR integration is available on the Enterprise plan. We support HL7 FHIR standards and can work with your IT team to establish secure data exchange with major EHR systems.
How does the AI Clinical Assistant work?
The AI Clinical Assistant provides context-aware clinical decision support. Physicians can ask natural language questions about patient assessments, receive AI-generated care recommendations, and get trend summaries. All AI outputs are clearly labelled as decision support, and the physician always makes the final clinical decision. The AI panel is available within the patient dossier for seamless workflow integration.
What languages are supported?
ICOPE Connect is trilingual: English, French, and Kreol Morisien. The Kreol interface is a machine-assisted draft currently under clinical review, and is flagged as such in the product. The patient-facing questionnaires use validated translations of the WHO ICOPE screening instruments, and the AI Clinical Assistant responds in English and French.
Do patients need to download an app?
No. ICOPE Connect is a Progressive Web App. Patients self-register with their email, verify via a one-time code, and access the full portal through any modern browser. It works on phones, tablets, and computers with no app store download required.
